Part of the proceeds of your purchase is donated to Charity for Children with Special Needs, therefore we don’t offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items within a week after receiving your order and we’ll sort that out for you. Products with the logo containing “Princess” and “Beauty Queen” are only for titleholders.
