Elana Wu was born in Taiwan and lived in Beijing, Shanghai, and Vancouver. She studied at West Coast College of Massage Therapy, and four different universities in relation to health and business. Elana runs a family business called Natural & Organic Healing Clinic. In the clinic, she practices registered massage therapy to help clients in the prevention of dysfunction, injury, pain and physical disorders of the soft tissues and joints by manual methods.

After working as a practitioner for 7 years, Elana recognizes the importance of having a functionally healthy body, and wrote a bestselling book called “Your Health is Your Wealth”. The book is a simple guide on how to take care of one's health.

Currently, she plans to set up a global platform for herbal medicine with her mother who has a Ph.D. in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Elana is passionate about wellness, traveling, learning and writing.

By joining the stage of Beauties of 5 Continents, Elana hopes to develop further leadership qualities and share more knowledge on various platforms. She aspires to empower more people in taking better control of their well-being and health.
